Preserve your wedding bouquet and flowers from all those special occasions worth remembering. Also we can make your flowers into beads. It takes just a few petals to make unique wearable jewelry destined to become a family heirloom.
Since 1994 we have perfected the art of
three styles of floral preservation:

BELLABEADS-Flowers made into beads
Beads are made with your flower petals. They are dried, crushed into small pieces and mixed with a color enhancing and hardening agent, then hand rolled into beads. They are fired, sanded, buffed and sealed with a glass like finish. The results appear to be very delicate beads with tiny pieces of flowers peeking through; however, they are durable and forever lasting. Each bead is unique in appearance and cannot be duplicated.
Your flower beads are then transformed into wonderfully unique pieces of jewelry.
FREEZE-DRIED FLOWER
The basic principal of freeze-drying is a vacuum chamber that slowly extracts water from the flowers. The fresh flowers are flash frozen then loaded in the freeze-drier and sealed for a period of about 10 –15 days. This process retains the original shape and color of the flower. Chemical sealants are used to preserve color, shape, and to minimize environmental damage. The result… your flowers will retain their beauty as if frozen in time as a lasting memento.
VICTORIAN PRESSED FLOWERS
The delicate art of pressing flowers dates back to our Victorian ancestors and was very fashionable among the ladies of that era. This gentle art evolved, producing modern drying techniques and chemicals for color retention. Your pressed flowers will resemble a delicate painting. These designs can become precious family mementos or heirlooms that can be enjoyed for generations.

- Reserve your space by calling us with your deposit of $100.00 per bouquet (we accept VISA and MASTER CARD) or online with Paypal.
- The full deposit will be deducted from your total order. After we receive your flowers deposits are non- refundable.
- Decide if you want your flowers pressed, freeze-dried and/or Bellabeads- flower petal jewelry.
- Mail or deliver your flowers promptly. Visit our shipping page for instructions.
- To request a phone call the day we receive your flowers, write a note with your name and daytime phone number in the special
instructions section of the enclosure form.

- We gladly accept last minute or after the event orders.

Flowers Forever prices are all inclusive. Based on size of the frame or container you select

- Your preserved flowers custom designed and expertly framed in your choice of container, frame and mat color.
- Include your invitation, photo, garter, tiara or other special memento.
- An in person or phone consultation with our designer to help you in making your selections.
- Excludes tax where applicable, shipping and insurance.

PACKING FLOWERS FOR SHIPPING
- Pack your flowers right before you ship them as follows:
- Tape a frozen coolant or gel pack (blue ice) to a
Styrofoam cooler’s inside bottom. Be sure it’s secure.
- Make a “"pillow"” for your flowers with crumpled
tissue paper. Place it atop the coolant bag.
- Place your flowers facing up on the "“tissue pillow”".
- Fill the box to the top with more crumpled tissue
paper to protect your flowers during transit. Tape the box
securely and MAIL OVERNIGHT.

We specialize in last minute or after the event orders!
If your event has already occurred, it may not be too late to mail or deliver your flowers for preservation. Use this simple guideline to determines
if your flowers can be preserved:
· Your flowers have been refrigerated— NOT FROZEN.
· If not refrigerated, kept cool.
· Some browning on the edges is no problem.
· If your flowers are not in a condition to freeze-dry we can press them. Pressing is more flexible for flowers with
imperfections since we can cut around damaged areas and show only the portions in good condition.
· We can use flowers in any condition to make Bellabeads - flower petal jewelry (except frozen flowers).
· If in doubt, call us and we will be happy to help you assess their condition before you send them. Call us toll-free

· For flowers too damaged to preserve, we offer replacement flowers. All we need is a picture of the bouquet to
recreate the beauty of the original. Call us for more details.
As soon as you decide to ship or deliver your flowers to us, refrigerate or keep them cool until ready to pack or deliver. NEVER freeze your flowers.

- A deposit of $100.00 is required per bouquet. Call us with a credit card number (Visa / Master Card) or
include a check along with your flowers.
- We must have a deposit before we receive your flowers or include a check in the box with the flowers.
- We specialize in last minute orders. We accept your flowers whether you have paid a deposit weeks before the wedding or the day
you mail the flowers.
- All of your deposit is deducted from the total purchase.
How to place your order
-As soon as possible (within three weeks of mailing your flowers) call to set up an in-person or phone design appointment. We will help you
in the selection of a frame, size, matting, container or Bellabeads Collection for your flowers, creating a unique and individual design that
reflects your style and personal taste. We do this with every client.
Payment Plan and Balance
-The balance of your order will be due upon confirmation of your order. For your convenience, we also have 2-3-month payment plan for an
additional fee of $25. Once we have received your final payment, we will proceed in completing the preservation process and finish your
design. Your design will ship to you in usually 18-26 weeks. During popular wedding months may be a few weeks longer. Bellabeads will
ship between 6- 10 weeks.
