By placing your order you are accepting the following terms and conditions:
Deposits
A one hundred to two hundred dollar ($100 - $200) deposit is required
depending on the quantity of flowers. Typically the
deposit is only one hundred dollars ($100) for bouquets.
Flowers without a deposit will not processed.
Deposits are not refundable.
Your deposit is applied to the final cost of your preservation.
Display selection and payments
Your final display selection must be made no later that three
(3) weeks following receipt of the flowers
and the balanced paid in full. Displays selected after
the three-week period will incur an additional fee of
$25.00. After 30 days your flowers and deposit will be
considered abandoned and will become property of Flowers
Forever.
Returned checks: Are subject to a $25.00 fee.
Your order and your flowers
Your order serves as consent to allow Flowers Forever designers to create your floral keepsake using their best judgment and discretion within your display selection and any written instructions provided by you. Floral preservation is custom work and subject to creative decisions made at the design stage.
All flowers accepted and preserved by Flowers Forever become our property until all charges associated with preservation are paid in full.
Flowers that arrive damaged will not replaced without your consent and approval. Any additional charges for replacement of flowers will be added to your balance.
Some filler flowers and greenery may not preserve well, we will replace it with a similar product, either preserved or artificial.
Refunds / Design changes
All sales are final and no returns or refunds are provided
for any reason. However, your satisfaction is our
ultimate goal. Once preservation is completed any changes
from your original order or alterations requested by you may
create additional charges for labor, materials, and
shipping. Major changes may not be possible without damage
to the flowers. It is your responsibility as the customer to
confirm that the keepsake ordered is correct, including the
style, color and size. If you are unhappy with your
preserved flowers for any reason you have 30 days, after
receipt of your order, to contact Flowers Forever to request
any alteration to the completed keepsake. It is your responsibility to return the
keepsake, in good condition, and to cover any shipping and
insurance charges involved.
Sales taxes
Because we operate in South Carolina, we are required to collect
6% sales tax on orders shipped to a South Carolina address. Those who live outside South Carolina will not be charged sales tax on orders placed on this website, but you may want to consult applicable tax laws in your state.
Long-term condition of flowers
The long-term condition of your preserved flowers depends on factors beyond our control and therefore no guarantees or refunds are made beyond the 30-day period. Flowers Forever cannot be responsible for and cannot repair flowers that have been infected by insects.
Shipping
Your completed keepsake will be shipped by priority mail (if you have selected to have your keepsake shipped) and insured for the paid value of the contents, to the address provided by you. Should your shipping address and or phone number change it is your responsibility to advise us of those changes. Charges for re-shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Should you receive a keepsake you believe has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately by telephone 803-779-6186 (toll-free 888-684-3837) or e-mail us at
contact@flowersforever.com Keep all original packing materials. We assume no liability for displays/preservation shipped by the customer.
Abandonment
While we make every effort to contact you when your flowers are ready we cannot store them indefinitely. Completed keepsakes not picked up three months after you have been notified of completion will be considered abandoned and will become property of Flowers Forever. |
